Navigating college on your own is challenging. At WCCCD, you have a talented team of academic advisors alongside you, every step of the way.  

Your academic advisors help you to: 

• choose a major/career program 

• create a course schedule that fits your needs, interests, and abilities  

• select courses appropriate for your chosen program 

• plan for your transfer to a four-year institution, if applicable 

• monitor your academic progress 

• connect with campus support services 

Meet regularly with academic advising staff throughout the semester. They keep you on track to your goals and offer suggestions to help you succeed.
